Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Picivo's website and image editing services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of Services
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing them before use.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions
- Credits: Editing features consume credits. Credits are deducted when a generation starts; if a generation fails due to a system error, the credits are returned to your account automatically.
- Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds: Purchases are generally final. Where a refund is required by applicable law, or where a paid generation fails and credits are not returned, please contact us.
- Free and paid features: Some features, such as high-definition downloads, may be limited or watermarked on the free plan. The current scope of each plan is shown on our pricing page.
Your Content and Generated Results
You retain all rights to the images you upload. We process your images solely to provide the editing service, and do not claim any ownership over them. The edited results generated for you belong to you, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
You are solely responsible for the images you upload and for how you use the generated results. You must have the rights or authorization needed to edit the images you upload.
Intellectual Property
The Picivo website, brand, and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding your images and generated results) are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Edit identity documents, financial records, certificates, or other official documents, or use the service to falsify information or deceive others
- Upload images you do not have the rights or authorization to edit
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
- Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with an updated date.
